Refund and Returns Policy

Black Market FPV offers a 30 day returns policy, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond the 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for return. Item(s) must be in original, unopened condition to be eligible for return.

Product(s) we receive back opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return. If the item is found to be in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a 30% restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded.

Defective items can be returned for a full refund after getting approval. The customer is solely responsible for contacting BMF, and if item is determined to be defective a shipping label will be provided during contact with support via email. The customer is responsible for returning items back to BMF by following the instructions provided via email.

Black Market FPV cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse, crashes, incorrect usage, or any other user error.

Products are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Therefore, many times it is better to contact manufacturer for support as they are better equipped since they develop and make the product. Manufacturer’s often times have faster replacement options than we can offer. Rest assured, we stand behind our products and will provide as much help as possible when it is requested.

Q: How do I return items back to BMF?

If the item is new in unopened condition email us at support@blackmarketfpv.com  You will be emailed directions. After approval you will receive a return label to affix to your package for its return. A note with your original order number or print out of approval email must be included with your package. Once package is received by BMF expect 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Returns accepted will be credited via a store credit.    

 Q: But I opened this, tried to install it, and it was DOA!

If the item is defective, contact us via email at support@blackmarketfpv.com IMMEDIATELY. Please send photos of the product, along with a detailed description of the issue, and what you have done to try to resolve it so far. You will be provided with instructions to get the item back to us and if found to be defective, we will ship out a replacement.       

 Q: I believe my package may be lost. So now what?

BMF is not responsible for lost packages. If your package becomes lost in the mail no refund will be provided. You will have to contact the carrier, file a claim, and get assistance from them. We highly suggest that when you place your order you select a reliable service that offers insurance such as Priority Mail through USPS or service via UPS.

Q: My package STILL hasn’t arrived. Can I just cancel my order?

We take pride in getting items out same day if ordered by 3pm (EST), once orders have shipped BMF cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by package delivery services or the local postal service. The delivery time frames provided upon order are estimates solely dependent on the carrier.
