General Information
Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry, currently BMF is only shipping within the United States.
Therefore, we do not allow shipping to any freight forwarding addresses. We do not allow orders to be shipped to a hotel address either.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes may be allowed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to decline an order to a P.O. Box.
Orders that are declined by us due to any of these above circumstances are voided and orders cancelled.
How long do you take to ship my items out? I need them like yesterday.
BMF ships daily. Most orders received by 3pm (EST) for in-stock items will go out on the same day. However, you should plan for at least 1 business day from the time your order is placed until it is shipped.
How can I cancel or change my order?
BMF processes orders immediately, and the process for shipping begins shortly after. It may not be possible to cancel the order if the order has shipped. Please email support@blackmarketfpv.com about any concerns with and order you just placed.
Order details such as address changes, credit card information used for an order cannot be modified once submitted. A new order must be placed for such situations and the previous order cancelled, contact us immediately at support@blackmarketfpv.com
What if I need to return an item?
If the item is new and in unopened condition email us (within 30 days of product being delivered to customer) at support@blackmarketfpv.com You will be emailed directions. After approval you will receive a return label to affix to your package for its return. A note with your original order number or print out of approval email must be included with your package. Once package is received by BMF expect 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Returns accepted will be credited via a store credit.
If you believe the item to be defective, contact us via email IMMEDIATELY. Please send photos of the product, along with a detailed description of the issue, and what you have done to try to resolve it so far. You will be provided with instructions to get the item back to us and if found to be defective, we will ship out a replacement.

What forms of payment does Black Market FPV accept online?
BMF currenty accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
We are unable to accept cash or checks for online purchases.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged immediately once you placed your online order in the majority of cases.
